Coaching Schedule & Details – Class participation is by application only. Class audits are welcome, RSVP required.

Group Training sessions are 6 weeks long, and meet once a week.
Group Training is approximately 2 hours a class.
Business Classes are typically 1 hour (unless otherwise announced).
Saturday Specialty Classes range from approximately 1 to 2 hours.
Private lessons are taught in 30 and 60-minute increments.
Prices are subject to change. Please be clear about the cost you will incur before signing the agreement.

Film, TV & Commercial Technique Training:
- Tuesdays - 7pm to 9pm - Not currently available.
- Thursdays - 8pm to 10pm - Available.
Specialty Consulting Classes & Other:
- Business of You Class: Thursdays, 7pm to 8pm.
- Specialty Class: Saturdays, generally 10am - 11:30am (start time) - However topics and times may vary weekly. Please inquire for complete details.
TRAINING COSTS

Group Acting Classes - Professional Film and Television group coaching.
- Coaching: Ages 14 to Adult - $375.00 - 6-week session (six consecutive, 2-hour classes).
- Drop-In Fee: Ages 14 to Adult - $75.00 per 2-hour class. Includes monologue assessment if requested in advance. RSVP always required.
- Combo Class (Best Value): Ages 15 to Adult - $535- 6-week session (twelve consecutive, 2-hour classes - Tuesdays & Thursdays) Savings of $175.

Rules and Regulations
I agree to the following: 1) I will never come to class intoxicated/under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
2) I will never bring firearms, drugs, alcohol, explosives, or other potentially dangerous or unlawful items to class.
3) I understand bringing someone with me to the workshop is only allowed with prior permission from the acting coach.
4) Failure to participate on a committed, consistent basis may result in my being dropped from the program at the end of paid session.
5) Fees will not be reimbursed in whole or in part due to failure on my part to participate in designated session(s).
6) Only the designated client can receive services for pre-paid fee.
7) I the participate can be removed from The Actors Room workshop without reimbursement of fees for creating an unsafe condition which causes or could cause injuries to self or others.
8) Should the agreed upon time, day, or venue change for reasons beyond the managements control and the designated participant is unable to adjust to the change, compensation of private lesson(s) or comparable workshop time will be given at a later, more convenient date.
9) A $25.00 fee will be assessed for returned checks. A $25 late fee will also be assessed for the late payment. Checks will no longer be accepted after the 2nd offense.
10) A $25.00 late fee will be assessed each week a payment is late (maximum of 2 weeks, $50 total). If payment is not received by the 3rd week you will be invoiced for immediate payment. You may also be suspended or dropped from the class until payment is made for training services received.
Terms and Conditions
Class location: Orange County, California
Your Participation: Your Participation: You are purchasing a “seat space” in the class for a consecutive 6 weeks (from the time of your confirmed agreement). It's understood that things come up, for every actor, and having to miss may be unavoidable. However, class continues whether or not an actor shows up to participate and the seat is left empty... no one benefits from that. I want to see every actor get the most out of their experience at The Actors Room, therefore, it’s important and required that all actors be consistent for maximum growth and learning potential.

Returning For An Additional Session: Payment in full is required on or before the beginning of the 1st class of the new 6-week session. A maximum late fee of $50.00 or possible forfeiture of seat may occur if payment is not received. This is a “Self-Renewing” agreement, as such; a new application is not needed at the beginning of each new session. The online agreement will be extended (remain enforced) when payment for the next session is received. Written or other clearly indicated statement of departure is required by you, the participant, at least 5 business days prior to your departure. If no indication of departure is given as described, payment is required in full and all rules, regulations, terms, agreements, and understandings, are considered enforced.

Missing Or Departure From Class: If you’re going to miss a class as much notice as possible is appreciated as it may impact other actors you’re working with. The same is true if deciding to leave the class, however, a minimum 1-week advanced notice is an expected professional courtesy.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT “The Actors Room”
1. In consideration for my participation in “The Actors Room” all divisions, I hereby hold harmless release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue The Actors Room, its trustees, officers, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and employees from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including emotional and/or psychological trauma and/or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in any and all such activities.

2. To the best of my knowledge, I am not aware of any personal physical disability or health-related reasons or problems, including emotional, mental and/or psychological conditions, which would preclude or restrict my participation in this activity and/or create an unsafe, volatile and unstable environment or situation. I am fully aware of the possible risk and hazards connected with the physical, emotional and psychological demands of an actors’ workshop, scene study, coaching exercises, private lessons, stunts and all other related activities and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including emotional and/or psychological trauma and/or death that may be sustained by me, or any damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such an activity.

3. I have adequate health insurance necessary to provide for and pay any and all medical costs that may directly or indirectly result from my participation in this activity. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Actors Room, its trustees, officers, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorneys fees that may be incurred, due to my participation in said activity.

4. It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind my family, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Actors Room, its trustees, officers, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of California.

In physically or digitally signing this release, I acknowledge and represent on my behalf or the individual I am signing on behalf of, binding them by the same, that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, I understand and I agree to it voluntarily; no oral representation, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute the Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same.

AUTHORIZATION TO REPRODUCE PHYSICAL LIKENESS
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which from The Actors Room is acknowledged, I hereby expressly grant to The Actors Room and to its employees, agents, and assigns, the right to photograph and/or film me and use my picture, silhouette, and other reproductions of my physical likeness (as the same may appear in any still camera photograph and/or motion picture film), in and in connection with the exhibition, theatrically, on television or otherwise, of any motion pictures in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising or publicizing of any such motion picture, but not limited to television or theatrical motion pictures. I further give the said company the right to reproduce, for the purpose of promotion, any recordation made by said company of my voice and all instrumental, musical, or other sounds effects produced by me. I hereby certify and represent that I have read the foregoing and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof and, intending to be legally bound.

PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY
When scheduling a private lesson the coach is obligated to schedule nothing else at that time. Further, the space is held exclusively for you and no other actors can utilize that time. Due to this exclusivity and time commitment by the coach, if an actor must cancel a private lesson the following should be taken into consideration:

All cancelations must be done by phone no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled private lesson to avoid a “Commitment Forfeit Fee”.

Less than 48 hour notice of cancelation will result in a commitment forfeit fee of $35.00 payable to The Actors Room within 5 business days of missed private lesson. This must be done by phone. No email or social media correspondence will be accepted as proper cancelation notification.

Less than 12 hour notice of cancelation will result in a commitment forfeit fee of 75% of the total private lesson cost - payable to The Actors Room within 5 business days of missed private lesson. This must be done by phone. No email or social media correspondence will be accepted as proper cancelation notification.

A “No-Show” with no prior notification or less than 2 hours will result in a commitment forfeit fee of 100% of the total private lesson cost - payable to The Actors Room within 5 business days of missed private lesson. No additional coaching services, of any kind, will be permitted until fee is recovered in full.

Changing a scheduled private lesson is permitted provided space is available and all changes are made at least 48 hours in advance. Changes should be made by phone but can also be requested in writing by sending proper correspondence to the applicable email address: TheActorsRoom@yahoo.com. The Actors Room is not responsible for requests that can’t be made due to availability conditions.

If the coach must cancel a private lesson for any reason, and notice is not given within 24 hours, a 1 time cost discount of $25 will be applied to the participating actor’s next private lesson. It will be the actor’s obligation to reschedule. No discounts or cash fees will be paid/issued if the actor decides not to reschedule.

Statement of Responsibility and Reimbursement
It is The Actors Room commitment to continually provide a safe, welcoming, professional and functional environment for all actors to accomplish their goals. There is a sincere respect for the talent that come to work, learn and grow at The Actors Room - the atmosphere and décor reflect that.

As such, The Actors Room asks that all Clients/Participants also treat the space with a common respect and professionalism. The Actors Room management understands that it’s normal for accidents to occur from time-to-time. For that reason, Clients/Participants understand that if they are responsible for any loss or damage (whether intentional, unintentional or due to negligence) to property owned, rented and/or purchased by The Actors Room (including but not limited to; internal/external structure, furniture, appliances, décor, equipment, keys, etc.), all items lost or damaged will be replaced or repaired (management’s choice) at the fair, current (“Current” is defined by the date damage is committed) market value at a non-devalued, depreciated or prorated cost and replaced within 5 business days from said damage occurrence.

In addition, Client/Participant agrees they are solely responsible, under the same conditions stated herein, for any loss or damage derived by visitors/guests they bring to The Actors Room. This understanding of shared responsibility, on the client/participant’s part will be enforced until said visitor/guest has signed a “Statement of Responsibility and Reimbursement” agreement.
